Grant - career change

Because Grant’s resume didn’t show “office” or “administrative” work as his primary background, when he was ready to make a career change he found it difficult to get employers’ attention with that skill set. After personally meeting, interviewing, screening and testing him, our staff was able to confirm his qualifications for one of our client openings. While we can’t make anything happen for a candidate without the client placing a job order, it is often true that the endorsement of our professional staff is the key to getting the attention of a client who wouldn’t otherwise consider a qualified candidate based on a resume alone. Grant’s story is a testimony to that partnership between client, agency, and candidate when there is trust involved.
